U Games Brainy Kids range

01 Oct 2011

U Games has married developmental learning systems to board games in a way that makes hitting key learning targets fun and accessible. The distinctive Brainy Kids range will help to develop lateral thinking and problem solving, while increasing knowledge of geography, the animal kingdom, literacy, numeracy, colours, shapes and more.
The Play ‘n Learn system follows developmental steps of every child aged three-to-six in the key areas of social skills, literacy, imagination, co-ordination and mathematics.

Each game has a guide in the upper right hand corner that highlights the key learning attributes to parents and a grid to guide them through the entire system of the games that indicates the level played and the areas of development. A descriptive title and a one-word theme for learning further assists parents and educators in choosing the assortment that meets the needs of specific children.

Children aged two to four can join the characters from the tale of The Gruffalo in a race to match the most rhyming words. Through colour matching, reading and rhythm, cards are played in a rhyming sequence to win, with special Mouse and Gruffalo cards to help along the way. For players aged four and over the pack also includes a bonus game, There’s No Such Thing as a Gruffalo,
