Australian toy retailer Kidstuff has opened a new flagship store in the heart of Melbourne.
The store, located at the Melbourne Emporium, sits at approximately 170sqm and occupies the former OshKosh site. It features the new Kidstuff flagship fit-out which includes an all-new demonstration table equipped with iPads and Osmo learning tools.
The store joins retailer Australian Geographic and department stores Myer and David Jones in the centre.
Kidstuff MD Sandra Benny said that the business had been patiently waiting for the right location to come up to serve as Kidstuff's CBD store.
"Our relationship with our Victorian customers is a key pillar to our business and we have very much taken on-board the feedback and demand we have received for a CBD store in Melbourne.
"We had been looking and waiting for the right site to become available, and acted quickly when an opportunity at Melbourne Emporium became available. It is a flagship location for our brand," she said.
The opening of the Melbourne Emporium store follows Kidstuff's re-opening of its Fountain Gate store in June.
