Former sales and marketing director at Jasnor (Australia), James Thurlow, has been appointed to CEO of the business.
Jasnor previously did not have a CEO and Thurlow's father, Noel Thurlow, had been serving as the managing director for over 20 years, but is now the chairman of the board.
Thurlow has been working for Jasnor for over a decade and (Noel) Thurlow said that his leadership and relationship building skills forged over his career is what helped solidify the decision.
"We are very pleased to have James assume this leadership role in our company.
"James has demonstrated strong leadership skills and his ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with various stakeholders within our company, along with external business partners, has been instrumental in making this decision."
The announcement was made on 29 January.
