Goliath has announced that it has acquired outdoor toys company Tucker.
Tucker is an innovative outdoor toys company that was established in 2001 and is known for the iconic product Phlat Ball – a toy many kids around the globe have played with.
“After our most recent acquisition of Britz ‘n’ Pieces in Australia, Tucker is a great fit. We see an enormous potential in outdoor games and toys and by combining this with our successful ranges of Wahu, trampolines, Rocket Fishing Rod and more, we’ve firmly established our position as a market leader in the category,” Adi Golad, founder of Goliath said.
Andrew Lee, general manager of Crown & Andrews/Goliath said that the acquisition is, “Fantastic for the Goliath brand globally.”
Tucker will now operate as an ideation, research and development division within Goliath, assisting the brand create new, exciting outdoor toys.
