Toy Story 4 has had its release date revealed by its director, Josh Cooley, on Twitter.
Cooley tweeted an image of the number four, with the caption 'June 21 2019.'
The tweets of excitement and anticipation rolled in, with one user tweeting: "I know how I’m spending my birthday June of 2019!" while another wrote: "Holy moly with casseroley! Have been a fan since a lloooonnngggg time! Can't wait! #excited."

The film comes a decade after the last instalment - Toy Story 3 - was released in 2009.
Toy Story 3 generated over US$1 billion at the box office, making it the fourth highest grossing animated film of all time, so punters can expect big numbers for the fourth film.
In terms of products, Toy Story 4 merchandise will be distributed by Funtastic in Australia in 2019.
